Artist's Description
This is my altered version of a photo I took of a beautiful parrot. I've added a glow affect with Topaz. Looking up at this guy I was worried he might drop a little surprise on me. Luckily he didn't. There are roughly 372 species of parrots and most are found in tropical and subtropical regions.
